Camille initially turned to yoga as a means for physical activity, embracing the empowering strength and energy she found in practicing on a daily basis. She trained to become a yoga teacher in Goa, India (Sampoorna), where she studied 200 hours in Ashtanga yoga, completed with 300 hours in Vinyasa. Over the years, her classes have evolved into an equilibrium between strength and softness, all the while maintaining a special emphasis on slow, controlled movements. She adapts her sequencing to all levels of practice, always giving various options for wherever the student is on his/her yoga path. Her classes are coloured with a touch of British humour, as she likes to remind her students that yoga can also be a good laugh!
